Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

After replacing toner cartridges with HP cartridges, I have four horizontal lines/ smudges on each page printed.  Any ideas on where to look to try and fix the issue?IMG_3371.jpeg

Looks like a defective black toner cartridge, if the distance between 2 smudges is 63mm then it's toner for sure.
