We have two M608x printers in our office, and they both print slightly crooked. The text on the right is 1/8 inch or more lower than the left-side text. I've used an official HP maintenance kit to replace the fuser and rollers, but there's no change. I've tried different computers, document sources (PDF, Word, etc.), trays, paper settings, and paper types, but it continues to print lower on one side. Changing the settings on the printer and paper type (standard Staples paper, thicker stock, etc.) makes a little difference, but I can't get it anywhere near passable.
We purchased both printers used, like new, off Amazon. They're reasonably clean inside. I've used compressed air to blow out everything I can, but nothing seems to make a difference.
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Tim
