1. Check Printer Settings

First, ensure that the color printing settings are correctly configured:

  1. Open the print dialog box in your Office application.
  2. Navigate to Printer Properties.
  3. Ensure the settings are configured for color printing.

2. Verify Printer Driver

Check if your printer driver is up to date:

  1. Go to the HP Support website.
  2. Search for "HP ENVY 4524 printer" and select your operating system (Windows 11).
  3. Download and install the latest printer driver.

3. Run HP Print and Scan Doctor

HP provides a tool for diagnosing and resolving printing issues:

  1. Download the HP Print and Scan Doctor tool.
  2. Run the tool and follow the on-screen instructions to fix any detected issues.

4. HP Support Assistant
