I have an issue with my magenta color not printing and have reset the printer and  updated the print driver.  What other things might I do to resolve?  The cartridge is still 60% full.

I am running into a sort of similar problem, in that occasionally a whole color will drop out for a few inches, then come back and work fine.  Seems to be a common problem, that the ground connection to the individual toner cartridge doesn't connect, when the door closes. You have a different model, but I think they're all similar.  Look for a little spring inside adjacent to the problem toner, they all have a connection to electrical ground for operation. When one color fails, it's often one of these electrical connections to the toner, there's a high voltage one and a ground, check for both.  I'm also running into issues in other cases where a solenoid sticks occasionally, because the foam pad gets old and sticks the solenoid closed for a bit, causing color problems.  Doesn't sound like your issue, but another thing to check.
