HP Color LaserJet Pro M255dw

Bought 4 cartridges in July 2024 from Office Depot and installed them now, previous just ran out. Unfortunately the Magenta color doesn't seem to work. The remaining other three cartridges purchased at the same time, seem to be working fine. The Magenta one has spilled all inside of my printer and workspace as well. The supply status sheet printed from my Laser Jet printer shows the Magenta ink line printed splotchy, whereas the others are fully printed. According to the packaging, these cartridges should be under warranty. I was advised by Office Depot that I must contact HP for resolution. Whom can I contact about this? Please advise.

Was advised by tech to clean printer head. I have done this multiple times with no success. This does not appear to be an issue with my printhead not being clean, the other cartridges are doing fine. The print cleaning sheets come out perfectly white. The cartridge leaks ink everywhere, whereas the others are not. This is an obvious issue with this particular cartridge and I need to know the process for filing a warranty claim. Please advise.
