Magenta and blue not working on brand new printer and ink cartridge

Upon setting up brand new printer with the ink cartridge provided in the box, the magenta didn't work. After doing multiple cleanings and trouble shooting, now both the magenta and blue don't work.

Kindly share the images of the cartridges you are using currently. 

Try updating the firmware by selecting the current OS. Click here
