I have an HP ENVY 7645 printer and I replaced the color cartridge with a new one and the magenta ink will not print. I went through all the steps to clean the printer head and align the printer and when the print quality diagnostic paper printed the magenta ink is completely blank. Otherwise, the printer works great. I do not want to buy a new printer if I do not have to . Is it just a problem with the ink cartridge or the printer? Can anybody help me please?
