Make smaller

I’m trying to print a picture of my license and it takes up the whole page, but it doesn’t let me make it smaller

To date, HP Smart - Mobile - Print size tends to follow the size of the paper.

Large paper = large print.

iPadOS includes a "manual" size adjustment -- as hinted by "manual", the sizing is not accurate.

You can likely have what you want if you can find "an app for that" at your Mobile device app store.

HP Smart - Windows - can print to Scale at selected sizes.

Windows provides other tools (apps / software) that can print to Scale - custom sized.
