I purchased a new Genuine HP 962 Ink cartridges(Yellow) from Office Depot. When I inserted the ink cartridge, I got an error message indicating, "There is a problem with the supply system." I returned the cartridge for a replacement. The manager at the store said they have had many other customers return HP cartridges with the same issue. I purchased 2 more cartridges just in case. Neither of the new cartridges worked & I got the same error message. HP Support would not help me because they said my printer is out of warranty. I have had no other issues with the printer that required support, and I have never had issues with Genuine HP Ink cartridges previously. Because the individual cartridge causes an error message, I am unable to print at all, even in grayscale. Any suggestions?
