Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My issue is with my HP LaserJet 700 color MFP M775. It prints out the printers 'test page' absolutely perfect but everything else it prints with a shadow or moves the things like colored words out of place. I have the newest firmware installed on the printer and I have run the Support Tools -> Maintenance -> Calibration/Cleaning -> Full Calibration 'tool" on the printer. I've even run the 'Reset Calibration' as well to no avail. Before calling out HP for making the most expensive and worst printer ever I want to make sure it's not 'user error' instead. 

 

Additionally, I would have added my serial number to this but 'One step to add a device to your profile and register with HP' claims my devices 10 digit serial number is not valid. There is a obvious serial number on the back of the machine AND on the inside of the front drop down door of it that match but again HP's website will not let me add it.
