Missing setup cartridges

Hello, 

 

I am using a HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 All in One.  I am receiving the same "Use SETUP cartridges that came with your printer".  This printer was just purchased new - open box, but did not include cartridges.   Please send me instructions to reset the printer and solve this error.
