Bonjour,

Depuis un certain temps je n'arrive plus à imprimer car j'ai le message suivant : Problème au niveau du système d'alimentation, où il me demande d'essayer de remplacer les cartouches indiquées par des cartouches différentes non vides. J'ai tenté de les remplacer en vain. rien à faire ! et j'ai le message de contacter l'assistance HP si le problème persiste.

Deux imprimantes : HP OFFICE JET PRO 7740 et l'HP OFFICE JET PRO 8720.

Peut-être que vous m'aider svp, et me donner la marche à suivre !

Good morning,
For some time I have not been able to print because I have the following message: Problem with the feeding system, where it asks me to try to replace the cartridges indicated with different non-empty cartridges. I tried to replace them to no avail. nothing to do ! and I get the message to contact HP support if the problem persists.
Two printers: HP OFFICE JET PRO 7740 and the HP OFFICE JET PRO 8720.
Maybe you can help me please and give me directions!
