Moved country - Can't change the country on my shipping address for ink catridges

I have recently moved from the UK to france.  I have cancelled my instant ink subscription so that the cartridges don't continue to get delivered to my old address.  Now I want to change my address to France there is no option to do so.  I can change all the other address details except the country.  Can you help me to change the country, or if not can you help me to close the account so I can open a new one here, as there doesn't seem to be any options to close the account online.  Many thanks.
