macOS 12.0 Monterey

I moved from Israel to USA and bought new cartridges for my HP8023 printer (910 instead of 912).

I get an error message of "Incompatible Cartridges".

From what I read in the forum I need to do aregionalization reset using some code that I should get from the support.

Where can I get specific instructions and the code?

Yes, since the printer will be used in a different region from where it was originally bought and used, we need to perform some changes called regional reset for your printer; only after that will you be able to use the printer with the current region ink cartridges.

 

I will be glad to assist you with the regional reset on your printer. 

 

In order for me to perform the reset, I need the few details that cannot be shared in public; please check my private and reply to that.
