My HP 9010e printer will not accept my remanufactured cartridges with the message that the cartridges do not have an HP chip. I got the ink cartridges from Amazon.

I understand that you're seeing an error message stating that your remanufactured cartridges do not have an HP chip. I’d be happy to assist you with this.

 

HP printers, including your OfficeJet Pro 9018e, are designed to work with genuine HP cartridges that come with HP security chips. The HP+ feature in your printer ensures the best performance, security, and reliability by only allowing Original HP ink. Unfortunately, remanufactured or third-party cartridges without an HP chip may not be recognized by the printer.

 

To resolve this issue, I recommend using genuine HP cartridges that are specifically designed for your printer model.
