I changed my cartiges with original 303 HP and a always get the message that ``Cartige cannot be used until the printer is enrolled with HP instant ink.`` I tried software reset. Firmware update. I cleaned the cartiges and the printer also. Nothing helps. What should I do ?

I have the same problem but on a 5032 printer. Tried exactly what you did.
Tried the chat, but got into a virtual loop, asking me the same questions over and over again.
Anyone can help really appreciate it.
