HP Recommended

My printer is printing  white lines horizontally across photos.  The lines are about 1/2 apart.  This happened a few months ago, but replacing an empty cartridge seemed to fix the issue.  Now it has started again.  The cartridges are all okay, and I cleaned the printheads using the setup function on the printer, but no improvement.  I've always used Windows Photo Gallery to edit and print.  Has anyone found a way to correct this issue?
