My HP 6700 Premium started to make horizontal streaks (missing several lines of print) several time on a page.
Installed new black cartridge, ran cleaning heads tool no difference. Ran Align Printheads tool, the page came with vertical yellow lines, the message says "Alignment Unsuccessful, try Manual".
If I try to print anything, it prints empty pages.
Any ideas? also, could not find any instructions how to do Manual Alignment.

I understand that you are having issues with print quality.
Are you using HP genuine cartridges?
Excellent description and a great diagnosis. It is greatly appreciated.
If you have performed all the steps from this document and still having issues, either the cartridges have gone bad or the printer might need service.
