My HP 8620 Pro when printing has lines all in it.

HP 8620 Pro
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Why when i print there is lines and the overall quality is not good.  I thought maybe my ink was bad or old so i just went and bought all new ink and it is still doing it.  I tried calibrating and cleaning but it still prints the vertical lines.
