HP Recommended

My HP DJ 2332 printer will print test page but nothing else.

It will run as it is printing but the attempted print does not appear on page.

Can you assist me?

Hi @JohnR21 , mate

(1) Check that USB cable is properly connected between Deskjet printer and computer:

  • ferRX_0-1739156770651.png

(2) Then check software install with HP Print Doctor:

* Click YES   to say thank you, 

* Click Accepted Solution when question is answered.
