Hi @Ponna,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP Inktank Wireless 419 printer is printing everything in magenta and not using the cyan and yellow colors, there could be several reasons for this issue. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the problem:

Check Ink Levels: Ensure that all ink cartridges, including cyan and yellow, have sufficient ink levels. You can check the ink levels through the HP Printer Software on your computer or directly on the printer's control panel.

Run Print Quality Diagnostic: Use the printer's built-in diagnostic tools to check the print quality. This can often identify issues with specific colors. Refer to your printer manual for instructions on how to run a print quality diagnostic.

Clean Printheads: Printheads may become clogged, affecting color output. Most printers have a utility to clean printheads. You can access this feature through the printer software on your computer or the printer's control panel.

Align the Printheads: Some printers have an alignment function to ensure accurate color representation. Look for an option to align the printheads in the printer software or on the control panel.

Update Printer Drivers: Ensure that you have the latest printer drivers installed on your computer. Visit the HP official website to download and install the most recent drivers for your printer model.

Check Color Settings: Verify that your printing preferences are correctly configured. Make sure you haven't selected a monochrome or grayscale printing option. Access the printer properties in your computer's control panel and check the color settings.

Reinstall Printer Software: Uninstall the existing printer software on your computer and then reinstall it. This can help to resolve any software-related issues that might be causing the problem.

Inspect Cartridges and Contacts: Remove and inspect the cyan and yellow ink cartridges. Ensure they are properly installed, and the contacts are clean. If the cartridges are empty or expired, replace them with new ones.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.-
