Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
My printer ran out of warranty in October 2024 and then started not printing magenta. I tried several different things like cleaning page, printing test pages, and resetting the factory settings. I replaced the toner cartridges even though the supply page said they were good thinking they weren't full size toners that came with the new printer. Now, its not printing color and the black is now faded and the right side of the page is barely readable. Any ideas of what to try or am I just out $500 for a not that old laser printer?
