My HP Office Jet Pro 6975 print.  Visit hpinstantink.com for information,"  I have extra ink cartridges, but I can't find out if I need to change any of them,

Here's a quick troubleshooting guide for your HP OfficeJet Pro 6975 printing "Visit hpinstantink.com" and not knowing if you need to replace any ink cartridges:

1. Check Ink Levels via Printer Display or HP Smart App:

  • On the printer display: Go to Setup > Ink Levels to check which cartridges are low.
  • In the HP Smart app: Open the app, select your printer, and check ink levels.

2. Log in to HP Instant Ink:

  • Visit hpinstantink.com and log in to your account.
  • Check your Instant Ink subscription status to see if you're out of ink or need new cartridges.

3. Replace Ink Cartridges if Needed:

  • If any cartridges are low or empty (shown in the app or display), replace them with your extra cartridges.

4. Clear Printer Queue & Restart:

  • Cancel any stuck print jobs.
  • Turn the printer off, wait 10 seconds, then turn it back on.
