Product: Office Jet Pro 8025

My HP Office Jet Pro 8025 has stopped printing with blue ink. I have checked ink levels and have followed the trouble shooting tips to resolve the issue but nothing had worked.  I’m very disappointed with the product as it is used for business purposes and the poor print quality leaves a bad impression.
