My HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 doesn't print in color

I bought this printer several months ago, haven't used it much. It has never been able to properly print things in color. It used to just use cyan and magenta, skipping yellow entirely, but now it's only printing out yellow. I have no issues with black, just these three colored cartridges. I've changed the cartridges, run the "clean printhead" and "clean smear" programs, and tried aligning the printer. It keeps saying it can't scan the alignment page and just goes to default settings. The only thing that made any change was changing the cartridges. After I did that, it started printing yellow and acting as if the other cartridges are not even there.

Do you face the same issue with Photocopies?

 

Since you already cleaned the printhead, I suggest you contact HP Support in your region for service options


1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
