Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One Printer

I recently installed an HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One printer. The first copies always come out clear but whenever I print multiple copies all but the first one has a vertical black line on the left side. I have tried cleaning the cartridges and aligning the printer but none of that helped. I also have the smart app. I have more than one HP printer. This is the only one I have had this problem with.
