Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 All-in-One Printer

My OfficeJet Pro 8025 has brand new color ink cartridges and I can't get it to print in color.  I ran all the diagnostics and print tests, cleaned the cartridge vents and still no color ink.  Any other ideas?

Did you try to reinstall the printers drivers? 

Just a electronics enthusiast trying to fix everything.
