My HP Smart Tank Plus 551 has stopped printing yellow and I can't get access to the printhead cartri

My HP Smart Tank Plus 551 is no longer printing the yellow and I can't get the printhead to come to the middle so that I can access the heads for manual cleaning. They are tucked away deep on the left of the printer and will not come to the center despite following the instructions. I can't even get shold of them to manually force them to the center because they will not budge. How do I get them to come out oif hiding so I can clean them?  Using the built-in cleaning program is doing no good at all so I need to be able to access the printheads to remove them for cleaning. .

I understand that you are getting print quality issues, I am glad to assist you.

There is no option to manually clean the printhead.
