Product: HP LaserJet MFP M234sdwe Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

After the latest Firmware update, my HP234sdwe has been flashing, and I see error code 11. I've cleaned out the ink cartridge track and turned it off and back on, the printer still shows the error. Any assistance with solving this issue will be appreciated.

Wellcome to the club. you need to wait for a fix from HP for this issue. They are working on it.

I'm gonna fixed with a Canon upgrade, I have an HP Monochrome and I barely print and my ink doesn't last nothing, my coworker have a Canon and he said that in 2 years he haven't replace the black toner, they are a little more expensive, but isn't an scam like HP. my dad had one of the first monochromes in early 2000's and that thing never gives an issue, and I have tried my last 2 printers been HP and I just had deception after deception, I got an ink tank Epson works fine and you can put any ink on it and now I'm throw the HP to the trash can and get a Canon color printer. I'm done with the greedy of this company.
