I understand HP has cartridge protection from non hp cartridges. I found the settings to turn this off. It hasn't disabled this feature or allowed me to print with my off brand cartridges.

I need to use these cheaper cartridges because I can not afford to pay HP $450 for a set of cartridges.

Please inform me how to make my printer work without installing HP toner cartridges.

Thank you

HP cartridge protection has nothing to do with using non HP cartridges.

So how do you make it work with non hp cartridges? [content removed]

You need to purchase reputable 3rd party cartridges that contain a genuine HP chip. Many 3rd party cartridges expect you to remove the chip from your old cartridge and install it. You should contact the manufacturer of the 3rd party cartridges for instructions.
