My Officejet 6600 does not print green. All cartridges are full. It prints yellow instead of green I have replaced the Cyan cart but it made no difference This is a recent problem

Hi @aaron1947 

This happens when there are dry ink inside printhead and a cleaning is needed to recover print in full colors.

 

Please follow steps from the next video to clean printheads:
