HP Officejet Pro 6830
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My Officejet Pro 6830 does not print in black ink despite the cartridge display showing half full. Tried cleaning printer head, etc. - as directed - several times. I am an Instant Ink Customer and don't have an immediate replacement. Working on the basis that the cartridge is faulty, how do I procure an immediate replacement? THIS IS URGENT - I'm working from home and need to print legal documents!!
