It seems like you're experiencing an issue with your printer cartridges. We always recommend using genuine HP ink cartridges.
I see that you have an issue using non-HP ink cartridges on your printer.

If you are using generic or Non HP ink cartridges and the above links do not help.
You will have to contact the generic ink cartridge manufacturer to assist you further with it or you will have to use genuine HP ink cartridges to resume printing.
