Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have tried all the basic steps to try to fix the problem (aka cleaning printhead multiple times, aligning printhead, replacing cartridges, wiping down cartridges, etc). I continue to get streaky images and images that lack correct coloring in areas, especially blue. I have HP Office Jet Pro 8020 series . Serial number : [personal info removed].
