Product: HP ENVY 6032

Hi

i have bought an ENVY 6032 and it was supposed to come with a 5 month free trial of ink.

however, i have registered and signed up (to the 100 pages/month @3.99) but my account does not show the 5 months free trial and i cannot for the life of me figure it out. I have spent three hours going round in circles trying to figure this out.

Please can anyoen help how i get the free trial added to the account.
