Help. My printer ink subscription ended whilst I’ve been away. Because I have gone past the date I can’t print. I feel the ink I’ve got at the moment has been paid for, but I can’t no longer use my printer due to cancellation of my subscription.
this means I’ve got to re subscribe to be able to use my printer. I’ve tried to resubscribe but it won’t let me. Hp have been quick to take money. I’ve been on subscription since 2019 which HP doesn’t care about customer. All I want is an email address etc to restart the subscription and I also have a complaint which was never dealt with.

In order to locate your account, please provide either your registered email address or your Instant Ink account ID or the printer serial number in a private message, and I'll look into this.
To access your private messages, simply click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Support Community profile, next to your profile name.
