Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2019

I signed up for instant ink, had it shipped but only got the paper. When I checked the status it said because my printer was offline, it could not read which kind of ink cartridge was needed. Then the USPS marked my package as insufficient address and returned it. I need it re-shipped back to my address.

You need to keep your printer (not computer) online to allow the system to work out when and where it sends inks to.
