Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My HP Deskjet 2600 series printer is acting like it is printing and then spitting out blank pages with no ink on them. I reset the printer and I have made sure there is ink and the cartridge is in the correct position. I had a hard line connection, not using internet connection as it is not the best in my basement. I just moved the printer from my upstairs laundry room location to an office area I have set up in my basement.
