My printer Officejet Pro 8500A. It spits out blanks from the web, but runs a perfect printer test

Hopefully, I've entered enough, from the title

@tawjackson, Welcome to HP Support Community!

To be able to assist you better, I would like to know the following:

  • What happens when you make photocopies on the printer?
  • Do the saved documents from the computer print fine?
  • While printing web pages, does the print preview look good?
  • Have you tried a different browser to print from?

Meanwhile, Use HP Print and Scan Doctor

Download HP Print and Scan Doctor and run the program. It will automatically diagnose and fix any printing issues.

For more information, go to https://support.hp.com/us-en/topic/printscandoctor

Keep me posted for further assistance.
