HP officejet Pro 9015e all in one

Initial problem started when I changed a cartridge. So I'm wondering if it's frozen because of this.

I have tried the HP printer diagnostic tool. No luck.

I have reset to factory settings. No luck.

I have deleted and reloaded my printer via HP Smart. No luck.

My printer is out of warranty so no one at HP will talk to me.

I need to know what other options I have. 

How do I find out what service options are available in SW Florida?
