My printer cartridge isn't recognized by the device. The error message reads:

The indicated cartridge does not communicate correctly with the printer.

I went through all the steps indicated in the page https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_1721989-1461843-16

In addition, the old cartridge does communicate and the firmware is up to date.

I would like to make use of the warranty for the cartridge. I have kept the receipt and I can send it to you.

How do I proceed to send the cartridge to you?

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to assist you.

 

I see that there is an issue with the ink cartridges not getting recognized on your printer and you have exhausted all the possible troubleshooting to fix it.

The support here is limited to troubleshooting and this issue might require one-on-one interaction to assist you further.
