Hi @mcseperez1970,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It sounds frustrating to deal with misaligned printouts even after going through the alignment process multiple times. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and hopefully resolve the issue.

  • Ensure Proper Loading: Make sure that the paper is loaded correctly in the printer tray. Improper loading can lead to misalignment issues.
  • Check Paper Type and Size Settings: Ensure that the paper type and size settings in both your printer settings on your computer and on the printer itself match the paper you're using. Using the wrong settings can cause misalignment.
  • Clean Printer Heads: Sometimes, misalignment can be caused by clogged printer heads. Refer to your printer's manual for instructions on how to clean the printer heads. Many printers have a built-in cleaning function accessible through the printer's settings menu.
  • Update Printer Drivers: Make sure your printer drivers are up to date. Sometimes outdated drivers can cause printing issues including misalignment.
  • Try Different Paper: If you're still having issues, try using a different type or brand of paper. Some papers may feed through the printer more consistently than others.
  • Reset Printer: If none of the above steps work, try resetting your printer to its default settings. Refer to your printer's manual for instructions on how to do this.

By following these steps, you should hopefully be able to resolve the misalignment issue with your printer.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
