My printer doesnt accept the new ink cartilage

Hi i bought a ho photosmart 6510 printer in Sg but when the jnk got emptied i bought a new ink cartilage in the philippines. It says there that the ink is compatible with the model i bought but when i tried it, it doesnt accept the ink. It always appeared the msg.,” no ink” what should i do? Do i need to do factory reset? But how? Hope you will notice me. Thank you!

If you have already performed the steps from the document HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
