Hi @Tati25,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

When your printer is printing blank pages, it could be due to several reasons. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:

Check Ink or Toner Cartridges: Make sure your printer has enough ink or toner. If cartridges are empty or low, replace them. Also, ensure the cartridges are properly installed.

Run a Nozzle Check: If you have an inkjet printer, perform a nozzle check to see if any of the ink nozzles are clogged. Use the printer's cleaning cycle to clear any blockages.

Check the Paper: Verify that you're using the correct type of paper and that it's loaded correctly in the tray. Also, check for any jammed paper.

Print Settings: Look at the print settings in the printer software on your computer. Ensure that it’s set to print with ink and that there aren’t settings adjusted that might cause blank printing, such as printing in ‘draft’ mode.

Update Printer Drivers: Outdated or corrupted printer drivers can cause issues. Check the manufacturer's website for the latest driver software for your printer model and install it.

Check Printer Connection: Ensure that the printer is properly connected to your computer or network. If using a wireless printer, check the Wi-Fi connection.

Restart the Printer: Turn off the printer, wait a few seconds, then turn it back on. Sometimes a simple restart can resolve the issue.

Inspect the Print Heads: If the print heads are externally accessible, check for any dirt or debris that might be causing a blockage. Be careful while cleaning to avoid any damage.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
