Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 7978

My HP printer is printing red only, with the exception of when I print diagnostics only, such as an alignment test, which prints normally with some black ink characters and lines.  It prints red only even when I try to copy a page with black type, selecting it to print in black.  It also prints black only when I send a wireless print request.  I have already checked and have plenty of each color of ink.  I’ve already rebooted and run whatever diagnostics I could find on my printer menu.  So, please let me know if you have other suggestions.  Thanks.
