I have an HP All in One. The magenta cartridge is out of ink. I replaced it and printer reads error message that there is a problem. I have tried twice to replace with new cartridges. When I put the used one in, my printer sets up like it is ready to print, then say cartridge is depleted. All new cartridges read as an error. Please help

Hi @Kay325,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd be glad to help you!
I'm sorry you're experiencing this issue with your HP All-in-One printer. Let's try to pinpoint the cause of the error.
- Are you using original HP cartridges, or are they third-party or refilled cartridges?
- When you installed the new cartridge, did you remove all the protective packaging and seals from the new magenta cartridge?
- Have you tried restarting the printer or performing a reset after installing the new cartridge?
May I have the exact name and product number of the unit? Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
