Product: HP Desktop 4100e

The black ink cartridge in my printer isn't working. It just prints color. When I look at the bottom of the black ink cartridge I do see ink, so it definitely has some in it, but none goes onto the paper. Alignment testing just results in two small squares, one magenta and one yellow. But the scan says that the test was successful. I tried cleaning printheads, but nothing was printed by the cartridge.
