Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

so my printer is not printing properly it will send paper put with just some ink and then the rest blank. I have tried cleaning the cartridges with an ear cleaner with a bit of alchohol on the tip aswell as aligning and the cartridge cleaning option on the printer. I need help.
