I replaced an HP902 black cartridge because of poor ink quality.  I also at the same time replaced all three color cartridges.  All ink cartridges are HP.   Since then I have been unable to print in black.  All I get are blank pages.  This is the same when I print from my computer or copy documents by placing on the glass.  I have performed the cleaning of print heads many times.  I have also purchased a cleaning solution and removed the ink cartridges and flushed the black print head.  I have done this many times and flushed out black ink onto a paper towel but still print blank pages after reinstalling all the ink cartridges.

Any ideas of what to do next?

I of course early on also removed the power cord from the back of the machine and also from the wall plug and waited a couple of minutes before I reattached the cord.

@PETEB8, Welcome to HP Support Community!

I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve the issue. If you have already performed the steps from the document No black ink, wrong colors, other print quality issues, and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

Hope this helps!
