Hi @Duce19591,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding printer unable to print documents!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
If your HP Envy 6110e printer is not printing the body of documents but still prints other parts (like headers or test pages), try these troubleshooting steps:
Restart Printer & Computer
- Turn off the printer and unplug it for 60 seconds.
- Restart your computer or phone (if printing wirelessly).
- Plug the printer back in, turn it on, and try printing again.
Check Ink Levels & Print Quality
- Open the HP Smart App → Check ink levels.
- If ink is low, replace the cartridge.
- Print a Print Quality Report:
- Open HP Smart App → Select your printer.
- Go to Printer Settings → Print Quality Tools → Print Test Page.
- If missing lines appear, clean the printhead (see next step).
Clean Printheads (Fix Clogged Nozzles)
- On the printer control panel or HP Smart App:
- Select Settings → Tools → Clean Printhead.
- Run the cleaning cycle twice if needed.
Check Print Settings
- Open the document you want to print.
- Click Print (Ctrl + P or Cmd + P on Mac).
- Ensure the correct paper size & type is selected.
- Make sure "Print in Grayscale" is OFF (if you want color).
- Try selecting "Print as Image" (found in advanced settings for PDFs).

Reinstall Printer Drivers (Fix Software Issues)
- Remove the printer from Windows:
- Open Settings → Devices → Printers & Scanners.
- Select HP Envy 6110e → Click Remove Device.
- Reinstall the latest drivers:
- Go to HP Support → Download the latest drivers.
- Install the software and reconnect the printer.
Try a Different Document or App
- Test by printing a different document (PDF, Word, or webpage).
- If the issue happens only with one file, it may be corrupted.
- Try printing from another app (like Notepad or WordPad).
Reset the Printer (If All Else Fails)
- Factory Reset:
- Turn off the printer.
- Unplug it for 2 minutes.
- Hold "Power" + "Cancel" while plugging it back in.
- Release buttons when the printer turns on.
If none of these steps work, let me know what happens, and I'll assist further! 😊
